How it works (3 quick steps)

Start in our Returns Portal (link on your order email or site).

Pick Exchange (free) or Refund ($7.99 deducted).

Drop it off with the prepaid label. We’ll handle the rest.
Exchanges (free & fast)
If you need a different size -choose Exchange. We’ll send you a prepaid label and ship the replacement at no extra cost once your return is on the way.
Refunds (no exchange)

Use our prepaid label from the portal.

We deduct a simple $8 flat fee from your refund to cover return shipping.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method—usually after the first carrier scan; if that’s not available on your route, then shortly after the package is delivered back to us.
Returnless refunds (select items)
For some items, we may just refund you and let you keep it . If your order qualifies, the portal will say so—no label needed.
Defective or wrong item
We’ll make it right. If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and do not deduct the $8.
Condition of returns

Please try apparel on indoors.

Send items back unwashed, with tags and the original bag.
Final-sale items
Products marked Final Sale (usually deep-clearance) aren’t returnable.
Category notes (just in case)

Safety gear (e.g., snake gaiters): must be unused to return.

Liquids/chemicals (e.g., maintenance oils): unopened and sealed unless defective.
