Q1: Who operates Bell Rangers?

We are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST, GMT-05:00). We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Payments
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Union Pay) and digital wallets (Google Pay, Shop Pay).
Q4: In which currency will I be charged?
All orders are charged in USD ($). If you are paying with an international card, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees.
Q5: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant platforms with SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Q6: When will my payment be charged?
Your payment must be authorized before we begin processing your order. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successfully completed.
Shipping
Q7: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q8: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders.
Q9: How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Q10: How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Q11: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at web@bellrangers.com. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Q12: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We only ship to valid U.S. Street addresses.
Orders & Cancellations
Q13: Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return under our standard return policy.
Q14: What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost items: We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Q15: Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for most products within 30 business days of delivery.
Q16: Which products are eligible for return?
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Q17: Who pays for return shipping?
- Our error (defective/damaged/wrong item): We cover the return shipping costs.
